Seiko claims yet another paragliding world record
Are there any more records left to claim?
Saturday 12th December was a busy day down under for distance duo, Seiko Fukuoka and Charles Cazaux, as they took the paragliding world by storm yet again to claim another distance world record.
Launching from Australia’s popular towing spot in Conargo, the pair flew a total of 378km using three turnpoints before landing 5hrs17mins later in “the middle of nowhere”, New South Wales, according to Airtribune’s tracklog.
“It looks as if this may well be the last record for us in 2015” says Seiko on her Facebook page, “Conditions are not likely to improve until I leave for Japan..”
Huge congratulations from Rock the Outdoor!
