Not only beginner pilots find it hard to identify which riser set relates to that side of the wing when attaching it to the harness, particularly when the piot is standing facing the wing on a windy hill. ADVANCE have come up with an easy solution using colour coding on their risers.
With Easy Connect, attaching your wing to the harness is simple
Attaching your harness to the wing has never been easier with the Easy Connect system from ADVANCE. Colour coding on the risers make each side of the glider easily distinguishable from the other, avoiding any confusion or twisting of the risers when attaching them to the harness*. The colour coded markings on the risers will also be incorporated into all future Advance harnesses.
* The system obviously has its limits and obviously does not replace the classic way of checking your wing and harness attachments. Easy Connect offers an additional and simplistic way of checking your glider and harness attachment but will not enable you to see whether there are any line-through’s.
