Un accident de deltaplane qui se termine en tragédie
Un accident d’un pilote Norvégien de deltaplane âgé de 59 ans se termine en tragédie.
L’incident a eu lieu hier après midi, 2 avril, au cours du Trophée Monte Grappa à Monte à Borso del Grappa en Italie.
Le pilote, (par respect pour la famille, nous le ne nommerons pas) selon la presse locale italienne, était en approche d’atterrissage quand il a percuté subitement des lignes de hautes tension. Les services d’urgence sont arrivés sur place mais malheureusement il n’y avait plus rien à faire pour sauver le pilote.
La police locale enquête toujours sur les lieux, en essayant de reconstituer plus en détail les moments précédant l’accident.
Notre sympathie et condoléances vont à la famille et les amis du pilote.

An accident involving a 59 year old Norwegian hang glider pilot, ends in tragedy
The incident took place during the Monte Grappa Trophy yesterday, Thursday 2nd April, in Italy’s Borso del Grappa.
The pilot, (whom through respect for the family, we will not name) according to the local Italian press, was coming in to land and flew into some high voltage power lines. Emergency services arrived on the scene, but sadly there was nothing they could have done to save the pilot, whose life had already been taken.
Local police are still investigating at the scene, trying to reconstruct the moments prior to the accident in more detail.
